To apply for this scholarship you must go to the Valentine High School Server and access the form there.
A list of the Qualifications appears there. What is interesting about this scholarship is you can only be resident of the following counties to apply: Cherry, Tripp, Todd, Bennett, Lyman, Mellette, or Gregory.
